The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role is only available to employees currently working in the Facilities Directorate.

This position will be based on the university campus, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements. We are open to discussing flexible working options.

As the first line of management for a team of trades staff, you will be key to delivering maintenance service level agreements (SLAs). You will ensure the team is motivated, focused, and monitored to meet objectives, while supporting their skills and knowledge development.

Working closely with the maintenance management team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the student and staff experience at the University. Your daily interactions with internal customers will make you the \’face\’ of the maintenance team, emphasizing excellent customer service.

Note: Due to Home Office visa requirements, this role is not suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants.
