Key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the University Secretary & Registrar's office. Suitable for candidates with substantial senior-level experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.

As part of a professional team, you will support the Senior Executive Team, manage a complex workload accurately including electronic diary and correspondence management, respond to urgent requests, and communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Support the senior executive team with a full range of administrative duties, including diary management, correspondence, and complex workload coordination.
  • Act as a strong team player, diplomatic, discreet, and capable of managing urgent requests with initiative.
  • Handle highly confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
  • Substantial experience at a senior level as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience dealing with complex situations and people at all levels.
  • Ability to work quickly in a busy and fast-paced environment, with initiative and discretion.
