The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. The appointed candidate will be expected to work on campus at least two days a week. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, adaptable and flexible individual who is committed to supporting and improving student education activity, whilst being comfortable working across different teams and with a variety of colleagues across the University. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

You will have the ability to provide leadership, management, direction and support to colleagues within the team including co-ordinating workloads. The role will be based in the Student Education and Experience team across two schools in the Faculty of Social Sciences, supporting the Student Support Manager and Student Education Service Manager to co-ordinate and deliver the team's operations, aligned to School, Faculty and University strategic plans.

Working in Student Support, your role will be to provide administrative support, manage Student Support Officers; providing support as a senior colleague and guidance on more complex queries. Student Support promotes wellbeing initiatives, in addition to meeting students individually to assess their circumstances, providing support and guidance on academic policy issues.
