The University of Leeds seeks a Faculty Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusive Excellence to provide senior academic leadership for EDI across the Faculty and its nine Schools. The role works with the Faculty Executive Team, Heads of School and EDI Leads to drive strategy and ensure priorities are evidence-led and aligned with the One Leeds agenda.
A major focus is leading the Faculty's Athena Swan programme, with the immediate priority of delivering the Silver submission due in July 2027,
