About the role

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality, customer‑focussed pre‑award research support to the Faculty Research Office.
  • Work closely with the Senior Research Administrator (Pre‑Award) and Principal Investigators to support costings and set‑up of projects.
  • Follow University and funder rules and regulations to provide support to the Faculty’s academic community.

Qualifications

  • Administrative experience working in a busy office environment, ideally in a research support or finance role.
  • Hard‑working with an eye for detail.
  • Professional and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
