This job is only available to staff currently employed within the Admissions Service at the University of Leeds.

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Reporting to the Admissions Policy and Communications Manager, you will be an operational lead and play a pivotal role in managing the logistics of policy reviews, interpretation and implementation.

Working with key colleagues across Integrated Student Recruitment and other key University teams, you will be responsible for collating and assessing relevant policy and guidance information, taking forward recommendations for approval and implementation within the Admissions service. You will work across all Admissions cohorts therefore, the ability to work flexibly is essential. You will also support access to the University through improving admissions practices, by contributing to the development and maintenance of admissions policies, facilitating an effective response to changes in these areas. You will be responsible for the effective dissemination of decisions made, through training delivery and documentation updates and by being a point of expertise within the Admissions Service.
