This role is open to University of Leeds employees only. This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide professional high-level administrative support. This is a challenging and varied role within a small team, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple functions.
Your duties will include overseeing the effective management and maintenance of complex electronic diaries and liaison with senior staff, both internally and externally. While this PA role will primarily work with the CDIO, you will be part of the broader business support functions across the Digital and Information Services directorate (IT and Library) and may provide PA and administrative support within the directorate as required.
You will have significant experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. By being largely self-directed in your day-to-day work, you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative in all aspects of the role. With a diplomatic and discreet approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload.
Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role may only be suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants if they are eligible for salary concessions.
