The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
This role is open to University of Leeds employees currently employed within the People and Culture Directorate only. The role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Working on one of the University's transformational programmes, the Corporate Processes & Systems Programme aims to transform the way we deliver Services through new technology, process re-design and changes to how people interact with our Services. You will join the People & Culture delivery team (which reports to the Director of People Programmes and Planning, through the People & Culture Directorate Business Lead) with a focus on testing. We are at the point in the Programme where we are beginning to plan the User Experience Testing and Parallel Payroll Run activities, and have significant preparation work for these phases of the Programme. As we exit the design and build phases and enter the testing phase, this is an exciting time to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Join the People & Culture delivery team and focus on testing activities as part of the Programme.
- Plan and contribute to User Experience Testing and Parallel Payroll Run activities, with significant preparation work for successful execution.
- Manage your own work against a project plan and provide project status updates.
- Contribute to weekly status reports.
Qualifications
- Experience of using Microsoft Office with a high level of stakeholder management experience.
- Confidence in the use of SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ideally experience of working on a project or Programme.
