Do you want to be part of a national network supporting the delivery of health and care research across England? Are you an experienced Organisation Design and Development (OD&D) Lead? The RDN is on a journey to embed OD&D at the heart of our strategy, ensuring the organisation remains healthy and future‑fit in terms of teams, culture, and capability. An exciting opportunity has become available to join our progressive Workforce and Organisational Development Team, who are paving the path to future ways of working within the Research Delivery Network. This opportunity will suit someone who is credible and experienced in creating the conditions for systemic change.
You will:
- Lead and deliver national, system‑level approaches to change, organisational health and maturity, engagement, and leadership.
- Establish and lead an RDN‑wide ‘Learning Organisation’ programme.
- Act as a senior advisor to individuals and teams regarding organisational health, behaviours, and people‑related delivery improvement (delivery includes in‑person, hybrid, and online).
- Partner with leaders and teams across the national network to ensure effective OD&D input into service, process, and other changes as required.
