The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Market Research & Insight team, and a key member of the wider strategic marketing team, you will deliver market research, analysis and insight for all student/learner markets and along the total student journey.
- You will contribute to the planning, design, management and implementation of multifaceted projects which will involve both primary (qualitative and quantitative) and secondary research.
- Data analysis will form an important element of the role.
- You will be involved in a wide range of projects including new product and market development, competitor analysis, decision making and choice, satisfaction and evaluation of campaigns, activities and events.
- You will be passionate about market research, experienced in planning and delivering quantitative and qualitative market research and analysis projects, drawing insight from complex data and communicating findings to a range of stakeholders.
- You will be self-motivated, organised, with attention to detail, have strong project management skills and excellent communications skills.
This role supports key targets and metrics around the size and shape of the learner market, competitor positioning, brand and reputation measures, and income generation. The nature of the role means that there will be a requirement for occasional weekend and/or evening working.
