Overview
School of Healthcare. This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate BSc (Hons) Nursing Adult, Mental Health Nursing and Child programmes, focusing on the theoretical and clinical elements that underpin the fundamentals of nursing practice.
- Teach and assess students studying postgraduate modules and programmes.
- Participate in curriculum design and assessment of student learning outcomes.
- Provide mentoring and support to students to foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Engage in academic scholarship and research within nursing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- Recent experience of teaching students and/or professional groups.
- Current registration on the NMC Professional Register.
- Post‑qualifying clinical experience.
- Commitment to high‑quality nursing education and inclusion.
