This role is only open to employees currently working within IT Services at the University of Leeds.

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements

Do you have experience of working on large scale ERP systems? Can you manage a diverse and changing workload where no two days are the same? Are you able to communicate and help a wide range of users with system and product knowledge?

You will be part of a team delivering and supporting services that underpin a range of business critical activities and projects. This will focus on Banner 9, the Universities chosen student records system as we transition to a SaaS solution.

You will use your skills, knowledge and experience to develop and maintain the student record system, responding to user requests, development requirements and incidents that are raised. The role will involve communicating with a wide range of users, understanding their requirements and problems, and providing high quality solutions in accordance with IT change management principles.

In order to be successful in the role you will have SQL and Eclipse experience. Knowledge of API development and integration work as well as exposure to AI enabled solutions would be an advantage. You will also possess excellent communication skills that will be utilised when working with a wide range of IT colleagues and users.
