The predicted salary is between 55000 - 70000 £ per year.

As a Lead Business Analyst you will work collaboratively with project managers, business representatives, end-users and technical teams within IT and the wider University to deliver systems that support effective and efficient business processes and align with University Strategy.

You will have considerable experience of working as a Business Analyst to effectively elicit requirements and model business processes, with a working knowledge of UML, BPMN or similar modelling techniques.

You will have extensive experience of solving problems, communicating effectively with a diverse range of people and with an ability to prioritise your own workload, managing conflicting demands on your time.

You will have experience of coaching and developing Business Analysts and acting as an advocate for the business analysis role and profession.
