The interviews are expected to be held in person on Wednesday 1st July 2026. This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

This is a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the University Secretary & Registrar’s office. It will appeal to suitably qualified candidates seeking an exciting and challenging role. You will be part of a professional team that works collaboratively to ensure that all members of the Senior Executive Team are constantly supported to a high level.
You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Diplomatic and discreet in approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload accurately including electronic diary and correspondence management. This role is very busy and fast-paced. You will require initiative and be able to respond intelligently and appropriately to a variety of urgent requests.
You will have considered and insightful communication skills, be able to deal effectively with complex situations, and work with a wide range of people.
Please note that due to Home Office visa requirements, this role may only be suitable for first‑time Skilled Worker visa applicants if they are eligible for salary concessions.
