Overview Of The Role

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements. The Corporate Processes & Systems Programme is providing the opportunity for our People & Culture Directorate to transform the way that we deliver our services through new technology, processes and ways of working.

You will join the People & Culture delivery team (which reports to the Director of People Programmes and Planning, through the People & Culture Directorate Business Lead) and have people data activities as your focus. We are a positive, friendly and effective team with a challenging and varied workload.

You will join the team based on campus in 30-32 Hyde Terrace – the expectation is that you will work a minimum of one day a week (Thursdays) in Hyde Terrace with other days hybrid although there will be times when you will be required to work on campus, but advance notice will be given (this could be for Programme-wide update meetings, or for a particular activity such as a training session or workshop).

You will need expert administration skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and team working skills. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office and be confident in the use of SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have experience of prioritising your own workload and have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
