This role will be based on the university campus. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Join our dynamic and growing Conference and Events team at an exciting time of expansion. We deliver a wide range of venues and event management services and pride ourselves on providing a world-class, friendly, and professional experience.

In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of planning and delivering conferences, events, and hospitality for internal and external clients across the University of Leeds campus. Every day brings variety, and you'll be at the heart of the action—working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.

To succeed, you'll bring significant event management experience, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You'll be confident leading and motivating event teams, introducing new ideas to enhance service, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You'll have a flexible, can-do attitude, a customer-first approach, and the ability to adapt quickly when plans change. During peak event periods, you'll support early mornings, evenings, and weekends (on a 5-over-7 basis). Outside of these times, you'll work standard office hours, fully immersed in our vibrant campus setting.
