The RDN is on a journey to embed people-focused change into the heart of our strategy, ensuring the organisation remains healthy and future-fit in terms of teams, culture, and capability. An exciting opportunity has become available to join our progressive Workforce and Organisational Development Team, who are paving the path to future ways of working within the Research Delivery Network.
This opportunity will suit someone who is experienced in leading programmes as a practitioner and credible in creating the conditions for systemic change. You will:
- Design and deliver national, system-level approaches to building internal organisational capabilities.
- Proactively manage and support the process of creating and maintaining strategies to embed our Behaviours Framework across the RDN.
- Deliver organisational change programmes, projects and interventions to enable the RDN to be a highly performing, healthy organisation.
- Provide subject matter advice and expertise on developing and delivering capability build and other organisation development programmes.
- Partner with leaders and teams across the national network to ensure effective organisational development input into service, process and other changes as required.
This role can be based in the RDNCC office on Queen Street, Leeds or in Bishopsgate, London. We work in a hybrid way with an expectation that all RDNCC staff spend at least 40% of their time in office. We are also open to discussing other flexible working arrangements.
