The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
2 part-time roles available: Sunday-Thursday 18:30-22:00, Term-time only and Tuesday-Saturday 18:30-22:00, Term-time only.
This role will be based on the university campus. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
You will be working as part of a team providing high-quality front-line support to the University’s staff and students, and to external customers across our libraries as required.
Main duties include ensuring our Libraries are welcoming spaces for visitors as well as answering enquiries and assisting our customers in getting the most out of our spaces and services.
You’ll have experience of working in a customer facing role with the ability to engage positively and proactively with customers.
You’ll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well with others, and have great attention to detail.
