Overview: This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for planning and developing a portfolio of integrated campaigns to support student recruitment marketing. You will be an innovative and creative marketer who understands how marketing can contribute to a diverse range of activities, from identifying new market opportunities and channels to support the development of strategy, to overseeing the delivery of successful campaigns. You will have experience of working in a campaign role with experience of leading and delivering integrated marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns. This is a matrix team and will require you to work collaboratively and interchangeably with other marketing managers, adapting and sharing resources depending on changing strategic focus and areas of opportunity. This also means there may be a requirement for occasional weekend and/or evening working. This role supports key targets and metrics around size and shape of learners, campaign performance, brand and reputation measures and income generation.

Qualifications: Experience in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, with ability to lead multi-channel campaigns and campaigns strategy development. Proven ability to work in a matrix team and collaborate across marketing managers.
