This role requires someone who can work collaboratively across the University, inspire colleagues, and drive the development of high-quality, sustainable transnational education opportunities worldwide. The Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Transnational Education) is a senior academic leadership role reporting directly to the Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor.

The postholder will provide strategic leadership for the University's growing transnational education (TNE) portfolio, supporting the development and delivery of international partnerships and programmes that align with the University's strategic priorities. Working closely with Faculties, Schools, the International Office and professional services colleagues, they will drive the development of strategic transnational education opportunities across priority regions and partner institutions, while serving as the University's senior champion for TNE.

The successful candidate will provide oversight of academic quality, student experience and programme delivery across all international provision, ensuring that Leeds programmes delivered overseas meet the highest standards. They will strengthen the University's global reputation through sustainable partnerships, effective governance and innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment, helping to deliver a coordinated and ambitious international education strategy.

Duration of 3 years, 0.80 / 80% FTE. An annual honorarium through monthly salary: Amount to be confirmed. Open to job share.
