Can you provide strategic and values‑led leadership to progress Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) across the School of Medicine? We are seeking an Interim Lead for EDI to drive our commitment to an equitable and inclusive learning and working environment, providing oversight and effective governance of strategic EDI activity across the School.
The role holder will join the Faculty EDI team and work in partnership with the Faculty Interim Lead for Student facing EDI, School Lead for Athena Swan, Student Success colleagues, and the Faculty EDI Officer. They will ensure the School’s EDI activity aligns with Faculty priorities, the Gold Athena Swan action plan, and the University’s new EDI Implementation plan.
The Lead for EDI will report through the Faculty EDI Committee to the Deputy Dean for EDI and to the Dean of the School of Medicine and Executive.
