HR Manager (Employee Relations, Case Management, and Policy)

Salary : Grade 8 (£45,585 – £54,395 p.a. depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Our University is renowned globally for the quality of our teaching and research, and has an ambitious vision for the future to be delivered within a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion. With responsibility for implementing the ER strategy by fostering positive relations and partnership working with our campus trade unions, this role is a critical enabler to support the successful delivery of the People and Culture vision. The role holder will also work across all three areas of the team, providing support and input to the Case Management and Policy teams in response to overall workload and team priorities.

The successful candidate will need to be energetic, resilient and outcome oriented; and work collaboratively across the People and Culture team and with key stakeholders across the University.
