Global Opportunities Assistant (Incoming)

This role will be based on the University campus. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you committed to delivering an exceptional student experience? Are you looking for a challenging role which enables you to work across a diverse range of activities? Do you have strong organisational and communication skills?

You will join a team dedicated to delivering a range of global opportunities. You will provide high level administrative support to a busy student-facing team. This position will play an integral role in supporting the range of opportunities we have with a focus on our incoming study abroad programme. You will also provide support to the wider Global Opportunities team.

You will be a strong team player who is flexible, highly organised and has a commitment to providing a quality service. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure

  • 26 days holiday plus approx. 16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed by custom (including Christmas) – That’s 42 days a year!
