Are you an effective relationship manager, comfortable talking to, and gaining the support of, a wide range of people?

Here at the University of Leeds, our Faculty of Biological Sciences (FBS) is looking for someone who can breathe life into stories about the faculty’s mission, strategy and contribution to life sciences. You will be alert to powerful story opportunities, develop content for external and internal communications colleagues, build strong networks and relationships, and prospect for ground‑breaking stories that illustrate how the faculty is delivering real outcomes to progress the University’s strategic aims.

We are looking for an accomplished, experienced and self‑motivated storyteller and communications practitioner. As a powerful voice for FBS and its achievements, you will build close working relationships with the External Communications and Campaigns team to ensure the voice of the faculty is heard by the media and other key stakeholders. By joining the Faculty of Biological Sciences you will play a vital role in elevating the faculty’s profile as a global leader in biological research.
