This role is fixed term for 12 months, to cover maternity leave, based at Unipol Student Homes, with scope for hybrid working. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Role Overview

Unipol Student Homes is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive & Governance Assistant to provide professional administrative support to the Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive, and Company Secretary. This pivotal role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of executive functions, HR administration, governance processes, and office management within the organization.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with senior leadership in a values-led, people-focused organization.

Important Note

Due to Home Office visa requirements, this role is not suitable for first-time Skilled Worker visa applicants.
