The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Education Systems, you will act as the main link between the pedagogical developments and the platforms or systems that underpin this provision. You will be responsible for liaising internally and externally with a diverse range of colleagues and suppliers including the external suppliers of the major learning platforms. You will be responsible for proactively managing these key relationships and ensuring services are robust and well maintained across a range of internally and externally hosted platforms.
You will work with colleagues to ensure that the Digital Education Service delivers on the University’s strategic aims and objectives, and continue to keep Leeds at the forefront of Digital Education in the sector. As DES Systems Manager you will be accountable for acting as the business owner for a number of complex business critical student education related platforms and online services. You will be responsible for ensuring that service levels are maintained and any issues or risks are escalated with the relevant internal or external delivery partners.
You will have the ability to influence and balance strategic and operational priorities, supporting the ongoing design, development and implementation of the service’s direction and strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing successful delivery of complex projects, delivered through multi-disciplinary teams and delivering on the role of business sponsor.
