This role will be based on the University campus with scope for a hybrid model. You will be part of a professional, collaborative team dedicated to providing high-level, consistent support to the Senior Executive Team in the University Secretary and Registrar’s Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level and consistent support to the Senior Executive Team, including diary management and administrative assistance.
  • Maintain the smooth operation of electronic diaries for the University Secretary, Registrar, and the wider Vice-Chancellor’s Offices.
  • Manage a complex workload accurately, including electronic diary and document management.

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience providing administrative support and diary management at a senior level.
  • Excellent digital, secretarial, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with reliability, forward-thinking and accuracy.
  • Diplomatic, discreet approach with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative.
