Based within Sport & Physical Activity at the University of Leeds, you and your team will provide a central point of contact for all customer enquiries relating to bookings and events for outdoor sport. Working closely with the Outdoor Operations Manager, you will develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships, both internally and externally, with commercial customers, stakeholders and partners to maximise business opportunities for Sports Park Weetwood & Sports Park Bodington.
You will maintain records to enable ongoing appraisal of efficiency and effectiveness of the facility functions. You will liaise with booking contacts in relation to terms of usage, contracts, facility access and cancellations, and you will coordinate and oversee the management and delivery of one-off events across the facilities.
Typical working days are Monday to Friday, however there will be some flexibility required to enable you to undertake your duties, specifically in the support of events held on evenings and weekends, bank holidays and University closed day. These duties provide a framework for the role and should not be regarded as a definitive list. Other reasonable duties may be required consistent with the grade of the post.
