As an Associate Professor (Teaching and Scholarship), you will provide effective and innovative teaching and demonstrate a potential to lead pedagogical thinking and developments in terms of teaching innovation, student experience and personal development. You will be joining the Accounting and Finance Department within Leeds University Business School. You will have the opportunity to be a member of the Research Centres operating within the Accounting and Finance Department, including the Centre for Advanced Studies in Finance (CASIF), the International Banking Institute (IBI) and the Centre for Financial Technology (Fintech), as well as other rich research and scholarship communities in LUBS.
You will carry out teaching and pedagogical research within the Department and contribute to academic leadership in the field of Accounting, Finance or Banking. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a very successful department in our growing Business School here at the University of Leeds. We are seeking an individual who can deliver research-led teaching in a wide range of topics related to Accounting, Finance or Banking. There are opportunities to teach in multiple undergraduate modules on our BSc Accounting and Finance and BSc Banking and Finance programmes, as well as our successful and globally highly ranked MSc Finance suite.
