Two roles available - One to support the Faculty of Medicine & Health (FMH) and the other to support Leeds University Business School (LUBS).

These roles will be based on the university campus, with scope for work to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Digital Education Enhancement (DEE) team in DES is the cornerstone of our mission to revolutionise the student learning experience through innovative technology. Comprised of expert Learning Technologists stationed across various faculties, the DEE team acts as both practitioners and advisors, pioneering the integration of cutting-edge technology with modern educational practices. Our approach is deeply rooted in robust learning theories, supported by a wealth of empirical evidence that guides the effective use of learning technologies. We strive to harmonise the latest in technology with evolving learning theories and the practical aspects of educational practice, fostering a collaborative environment with academic staff. This partnership aims to create a seamless, engaging, and enriching learning journey for students, making education more interactive, accessible, and impactful. As an Assistant Learning Technologist, you\'ll play a crucial role within our Faculty-based Digital Education Enhancement teams, supporting the integration of digital resources, pedagogies, and technologies to enrich the student learning experience. Your role will involve providing front-line support to academic staff, assisting in the development of interactive learning objects and multimedia content. You\'ll collaborate on projects that embody innovation and excellence in digital education, gaining invaluable experience and expertise in the field. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on digital learning initiatives, working alongside dedicated professionals in a world-leading university.
