The Senior Programme Administrator will provide high‑quality administrative support to the Public Health Practitioner Programme (PHPWDP Y&H), a structured practitioner scheme aimed at supporting public health practitioners in working towards registration with the UK Public Health Register and delivering continuing professional development across Yorkshire and the Humber.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative support to programme processes.
- Support the Programme Coordinator and ensure programme processes are managed correctly.
- Work with the Business Operations Team and Professional Services to adopt and embed continuous improvement and service improvement approaches.
- Establish and develop best‑practice processes and procedures, and ensure their implementation.
- Handle confidential information in a discreet, sensitive and diplomatic manner, maintaining stringent security of access.
