Join our IT function as a Business Analyst Team Leader, a key role focused on driving innovation, leading a skilled team of Business Systems Analysts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and system improvements across the University.
This is a remote role and fixed term to cover maternity leave within the team.
As our Business Analyst Team Leader, you will:
Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts
Plan workloads, monitor performance and support recruitment/induction
Build strong relationships across the business to identify improvements
Support IT demand requests, change analysis and project delivery
Gather requirements, map processes and produce clear specifications
Contribute to solution design and support UAT activities
Is this you?
Experience in a Senior Business Analyst role
Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
Experience mentoring, leading or developing others
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, organised, and confident simplifying complex information
Experience in higher education or professional services would be desirable
