Join our IT function as a Business Analyst Team Leader, a key role focused on driving innovation, leading a skilled team of Business Systems Analysts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and system improvements across the University. This is a remote role and fixed term to cover maternity leave within the team.
As our Business Analyst Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts
- Plan workloads, monitor performance and support recruitment/induction
- Build strong relationships across the business to identify improvements
- Support IT demand requests, change analysis and project delivery
- Gather requirements, map processes and produce clear specifications
- Contribute to solution design and support UAT activities

- Experience in a Senior Business Analyst role
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation
- Experience mentoring, leading or developing others
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, organised, and confident simplifying complex information
- Experience in higher education or professional services would be desirable
