We are looking for an experienced operations professional with strong strategic and organisational skills, sound knowledge of estates, facilities, compliance and operations management, and the ability to build effective relationships across a complex organisation. By ensuring that our academies are safe, well-supported and operationally effective, you will help create the environment in which students and staff can learn, work and thrive. You will work closely with academy leaders, Trust colleagues, contractors and external partners to ensure that operational services are delivered consistently, effectively and with a clear focus on value for money.
