The Role:
An exciting opportunity to join the University of Hull finance team as we go through a period of change to support the University’s strategic goals, including major investment in a new financial system.
Working as part of the wider Finance Directorate, the post holder will report into the Head of Finance. The post holder will be responsible for a number of teams including Group Reporting, Management Accounts & Financial Operations.
Candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate:
- A qualified accountant with considerable post-qualifying experience in a senior management position.
- A high level of expertise within the area of finance.
- Ability to influence decision making and developments within the University.
- Creativity to devise varied solutions to problems.
You will be working alongside the wider finance directorate and stakeholders across the business.
