We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Team Administrator to join the Professional Course Team, within the Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment Directorate, at the University of Huddersfield.
This is a fast-paced and customer-focused role, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Working as part of a professional team, you will provide an efficient and effective enquiry and admissions service for applicants and enquirers to courses with specific professional body requirements, such as Health Professional and Workforce Development courses. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handling enquiries via telephone and email and support the full enquirer and applicant lifecycle. This will include arranging interviews and ensuring that all required checks are completed as part of admissions processes, for example, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, occupational health clearance and overseas police checks.
You will be organised, experienced and motivated, with excellent attention to detail and can manage a varied and sometimes complex workload efficiently and effectively. A strong team player, you will be able to build positive working relationships at all levels and be able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your previous experience will have involved using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and Teams) to support administrative and customer service functions.
