The University of Huddersfield's Registry Directorate is seeking a dedicated and proactive Registry Assistant to support our Student Operations team, with opportunities to assist other Registry and Academic Development teams when needed. This is a great chance to help students at key points in their academic journey, from sitting examinations to celebrating success at graduation.
As a core member of the Student Operations team, you will support daily activities related to examinations, graduation, certificate and transcript production, and verification services. Your role will help ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard, providing reliable administrative support and helpful guidance to staff and students.
You will have administrative experience, as well as excellent IT and communication skills, together with GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above and experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
