We are looking to recruit two Finance Support Assistants to join the Financial Services team. This post will operate within a newly centralised service function whilst supporting the University’s Schools and departments.
Salary: ÂŁ24,827 - ÂŁ26,959 per annum, pro rata for part-time (plus a Real Living Wage Supplement where applicable). Permanent. 37 hours per week. Part-time hours of 0.8 FTE (29.6 hours) or above may be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake routine financial transaction processing work, whilst ensuring financial and administrative records are maintained and remain current, in collaboration with the wider team and colleagues across the University.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a similar finance role within a busy office environment.
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent/higher qualifications).
- Strong IT and organisational skills, and a commitment to championing a “digital-first” approach in all aspects of business operations.
