Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial systems and administration? We are looking for a Finance Systems Support Administrator to provide essential support to users of the Unit 4 Financial Management System and the Finance Systems Support Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of Financial Services and maintaining accurate record-keeping.
As the Finance Systems Support Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks, including the creation of new users, setting up sub-projects and other detailed tasks that ensure the Finance System is up to date and accurate. You will work closely with the Financial Systems team to develop, update, and implement procedures, protocols, and policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of financial services within the University. If you have experience in an administrative or finance related role, have strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.
