Main duties and responsibilities:
- Work as part of the bookings and events team to deliver a quality service to advanced booking clients.
- Responsible for a range of administration tasks associated with block bookings, events, conference bookings, and group climbing.
- Liaise with customers, partners, and internal departments to ensure all booking enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Provide a first-class customer experience at all times.
- Demonstrate a Service Excellence mindset by providing a consistent, efficient, high quality, and customer-oriented service.
- Implement agreed operating procedures and standards, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of every decision.
- Responsible for credit control and timely invoicing of clients, ensuring all relevant details are inputted into the bookings CRM system.
Skills and experience required:
- Self-motivated individual with good IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of and interest in sports and the industry.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience of working in a customer service environment and administration.
- Proven ability in administration and office procedures.
- Good knowledge and experience of administration processes is essential.
Qualifications required:
- Minimum of GCSE’s at grade C/4 or above including Maths and English, or equivalent proven experience.
- A-level/BTEC National Diploma or equivalent – preferably in a related area is desirable.
