Greenwich Business School is seeking to appoint a part‑time Lecturer in Human Resource Management on a temporary basis until 31 March 2027. The successful candidate will demonstrate innovation in teaching, develop inspiring module materials and learning activities, and deliver high‑quality education in a variety of formats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver Human Resource Management modules, ensuring inclusivity in assessment design and marking.
  • Collaborate with other faculty to shape the School of Management and Marketing’s curriculum, promoting high‑quality, innovative approaches.
  • Participate in the School’s research group, contributing to applied research that informs business practice while receiving mentorship to enhance research skills.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrated confidence in developing engaging teaching material and learning activities.
  • Experience in higher‑education teaching and curriculum development.
