Programme Leads are essential to the success of our online ambitions. They will oversee a programme within the online portfolio, lead the first module, and line-manage module leads and module tutors.

The substantive position for this role is Senior Lecturer in the advertised field. This role begins at 0.5 FTE from 1 September 2024, increasing to full-time in September 2028.

Although remote, attendance on campus is required four times a year; candidates should consider this.

We are looking for applicants with:

  • Programme/module design experience
  • Previous teaching experience as part of a fully online programme
  • Knowledge of quality, regulatory and policy requirements for delivering higher education
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate module teams and collaborate effectively with University stakeholders
