Biomed Online is a collaboration with NHS trusts/hospitals and UKHSA delivering online CPD and postgraduate programmes. The Administrator will support the delivery of BioMed Online, working with the team and university services to provide high‑quality administrative support to students and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first line of contact for inquiries, handling changing priorities and workloads.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the growing programme, including bookings and coordination of programme logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and document management supporting students and stakeholders.
- Apply IT and problem‑solving skills to streamline admin processes.
- Collaborate with the BioMed Online team and university services to ensure smooth delivery of courses.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in higher education or a fast‑paced office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and flexible approach, able to manage changing priorities.
- Executive‑assistant‑style support experience is advantageous.
- Comfortable using a range of IT tools to support administration.
