The Directorate of Student & Academic Services is seeking a highly motivated Academic Registry Casework Administrator to join the Academic Registry. This is an opportunity to be part of the team that manages student casework including extenuating circumstances, appeals, complaints and student conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of extenuating circumstances, appeals, complaints and student conduct.
  • Assist with maintenance and dissemination of student policies and procedures.
  • Serve as note taker at relevant committees and panels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively, including handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Work flexibly within the team and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Professional administrative experience.
  • High level of IT literacy with a focus on improvement and development of existing processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
