We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Faculty Standards and Conducts Officer to join our dedicated team at our Greenwich campus. Reporting to the Faculty Standards and Conducts Manager, this key role will support the faculty’s academic quality processes with a particular focus on examinations, ethics, assessment misconduct, and the coordination of external examiner and invigilator processes. You will be an essential part of the faculty’s student success and governance infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer academic standards processes, including liaising with academic staff, organising ethics committee reviews, supporting assessment misconduct hearings, and quality assurance for examinations and accreditations.
  • Contribute to document preparation for programme approvals and coordinate logistics for accreditation events and committees.
  • Work with the Faculty Standards and Conducts Manager and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processes.
