Responsibilities
- Analyse IT operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency, including software licensing and cloud service consumption.
- Support the management of software licensing and cloud service compliance, ensuring usage remains cost‑effective and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Provide budget oversight related to software and cloud costs and collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure systems and processes remain fit for purpose.
- Help deliver high‑quality IT solutions and monitor infrastructure services within your area of responsibility.
- Contribute to process improvements within IT Service Management and other IT operations.
Qualifications
- Degree level education or equivalent experiential learning.
- Professional qualification in a relevant business discipline.
