The University of Greenwich’s Information and Library Services Directorate delivers award‑winning IT services and support, library, academic and digital skills, and learning enhancement to staff and students across the university. Responsibilities

  • Analyse IT operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency, including software licensing and cloud service consumption.
  • Support the management of software licensing and cloud service compliance, ensuring usage remains cost‑effective and aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Provide budget oversight related to software and cloud costs and collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure systems and processes remain fit for purpose.
  • Help deliver high‑quality IT solutions and monitor infrastructure services within your area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to process improvements within IT Service Management and other IT operations.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education or equivalent experiential learning.
  • Professional qualification in a relevant business discipline.
