What You Will Be Doing
Are you a creative and organised marketing leader looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative and passionate marketing professional to lead our Marketing team in the Faculty of Health, Education and Human Science (FEHHS). This post combines creativity with operational excellence and would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment who can balance compelling brand storytelling with practical delivery and inspiring leadership.
- Raise the three Schools' profiles with internal and external audiences.
- Support the planning and delivery of student recruitment events, including open days, taster sessions, and outreach activities.
- Expand our creation of engaging digital content for web, email, and social media that reflects our brand and resonates with diverse audiences.
- Produce high quality marketing materials and communications, including photography, video, press items and design assets.
- Maximise and develop outreach opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Faculty and University to ensure consistent and timely communications.
- Analyse the impact of initiatives and pivot flexibly to redirect focus where needed.
Who We Are Looking For
- A self-starter with depth of experience in marketing, events, or communications, ideally in an HE or student recruitment setting.
- A leader who is able to support and encourage a cohesive team to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
- A confident communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills, able to build strong, collaborative relationships with academics and professional services colleagues.
- A creative thinker who can take initiative and solve problems, multitasking as necessary.
