The University of Greater Manchester is seeking an IT professional to provide day-to-day technology support to staff and students at our new Medical School.
The role focuses on a local IT helpdesk, supporting teaching spaces, simulation environments, AV gear, desktop devices, software, and learning technologies.
You will work closely with the Medical School team and central IT, developing clear support notes, and assisting academic staff with learning materials.
