Are you a recent University of Greater Manchester graduate looking to launch your career in Human Resources? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainee to join our HR team as part of the University's Graduate Trainee Scheme. This exciting two-year opportunity will provide hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, HR projects, policy development, workforce data analysis and organisational change initiatives.

You will undertake meaningful graduate‑level work, lead and contribute to key projects, receive structured training and mentoring, and develop the skills and experience needed for a successful professional career in HR. Opportunities may also be available to undertake professional development through a CIPD or management apprenticeship programme.

Eligibility: Open only to University of Greater Manchester graduates who completed their studies during the 2024/25 or 2025/26 academic years and achieved a minimum 2:2 degree classification (or postgraduate qualification). If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in people and organisational development, we'd love to hear from you.
