An exciting and interesting opportunityhas arisen within the Finance and Commercial Department at the University of Gloucestershire for an experienced and customer focused Finance Administratorto work in our income section, who can demonstrate strong accounts receivableand administration skills to add value in a busy and evolving environment.

The post is located within the Financial Operations Team; you will be a key member of the team and will beresponsible for the processing of accounts receivable related transactions.

Youwill be responsible for creating and uploading income journal files to ouraccounting system, recording payments and reconciling between paymentprocessors, bank statements and our debtors ledger.

As a key contact for all income relatedenquiries, excellent communication and customer service skills areessential.

Applicants will be required to be handson and have a flexible committed and proactive attitude to delivering anaccurate, responsive service.

You will be proactive in delivering ahigh-quality income function with a commitment to continuous improvement andmust be responsive to change.

Good IT skills are essential, and youmust have excellent organisational skills, be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
